This a place designed to try to answer any and all questions and concerns on anything restaurant. Now I for one will tell you that I don't know everything. There I said it. ( Just don't tell my wife because I'm still trying to convince her that I do.) :-) So anyone can post a question, recipe, technique, trick, advice, help wanted ad, a funny or crazy story or just whatever you like and myself and or another person posting here may be able to help. I for one have learned a lot of lessons the hard ( & expensive ) way . When I started in this business, sometimes I just wished there was a place like this to consult. So SHOOT!! Don't hold back and while we all help each other be successful, we may have some fun in the process. I am sure you all have that crazy story about a customer, boss, co worker etc. CIAO!!
